  • Frist Chapter

    The Foundation in Electronics

    The first chapter of my life's story begins with my academic pursuit in Electronics and Communications Engineering. It was a time of intense study and exploration, where I immersed myself in the complexities of electronic circuits and communication systems. My dedication culminated in a Bachelor of Science degree, and I didn't stop there. I advanced my studies with a Master's in Mobile & High-Speed Telecommunication Networks, achieving a distinction for my efforts. This period was marked by a significant achievement—I was honored with the IEEE UK & RI Communications Chapter Master of Science Prize for the best dissertation in 2007, focusing on molecular electronics and nanotechnology research. This recognition was not only a personal triumph but also a reflection of the potential impact of my research in the field.

    Navigating the Telecommunication Frontier

    Transitioning to the second chapter, my career took a leap forward into the telecommunications sector. During this time, I expanded my academic foundation with a Master of Business Administration (MBA), which equipped me with a robust understanding of business principles. Professionally, I excelled as a Core Network Switching Subsystems Engineer and then as a Regional Core Network Solution Architect at the Regional Service Resource Centre (RSRC), a distinguished team renowned for its expertise in supporting operators across MENA region. During this period, I successfully contributed to the design and implementation of 3G and 4G networks across the MENA region. Notably, almost all 4G networks in the region bear traces of my work.

    The third chapter was a transformative period where I delved deeper into the world of business and management research. My role evolved further as I became a Senior Regional Consultant, specializing in Customer Experience Management. This phase was characterized by strategic innovation and providing business and technology consulting to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction across the industry.

    During this era, I achieved a Master of Science in business and management research and went on to complete a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA). My expertise led me to a prestigious position as the Head of Customer Experience Management, where I could apply my knowledge to real-world business challenges. Additionally, I contributed to the academic community as a Post-doctoral Researcher at the Henley Centre for Customer Management. In my role as a Business Design, Transformation, and Consulting Senior Manager at EY, I am instrumental in guiding organizations through significant changes, redefining their strategies, and positioning them for future success. During my tenure at EY and after completing my doctorate, I further enhanced my expertise by earning a Master of Business Analytics and Business Consultancy with distinction.
